{Private Party}
Are you looking for a creative night out for you and your friends? We get it! Plan a private art party for a girl’s night out, couple’s date night, book club, birthday’s, or a team building event! All you need is between 4 and 25 painters in your group! Choose from any of the projects we’ve previously done, or we can customize a painting party based on the needs of your group. We offer step-by-step instructions in a fun and stress-free environment. You should plan on around 2-3+ hours per project and projects are generally around the $27-$38 range per person.
Step1. Contact BBD {studio} staff and let us know that you are interested in a private party.
Step2. Have an idea of what project you are wanting to do. We can do something in our gallery, or maybe you have a project that you want to do! We are pretty much game for anything. We can even takes several ideas and throw them all together for one kick-butt project!
Step3. BBD {studio} will let you know what dates we have available. Our classes are generally from 5:30pm to 8:30pm, but we can make different arrangements if necessary. For example, Saturday morning.
Step4. We can invoice one person, or we can send individual invoices to each painter. We just need email addresses! Everything is done online and we need them paid a minimum of 2 days prior to the project, this allows us time to get all the wood purchased and prepped.
Step5. Show up about 10-15 minutes prior to class time and feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks.
{Birthday Party}
Let’s get this party started! It’s your birthday and its’s a BIG deal. Whether the guest of honor is 1 or 91 we have the perfect project for your next birthday party. We’ll let you pick the project and we’ll provide the studio rental, instructor, space for food/drink setup, as well as all the fun you can possibly have!
Step1. Check us Out - Give us a call and set up an appointment to come check out our studio to make sure it will work for you.
Step2. Pick a Date - Set a party date with {studio} staff.
Step3. Choose a project - Does your child have something they love? Owls, minions, fish, whatever! Choose from dozens of ideas or ask us in advance to create a special project just for your child’s birthday party! We will provide the supplies and everything needed to make the project.
Step4. Bring Your Own Cake - Our space is your space! Make yourself at home. Bring in your cake, food, drinks, decorations, party favors, presents, music and anything else that will make your child’s birthday party special.
Ages: 1 to 101
Number of Participants: minimum of 5 to 25
Time: 1 1/2 - 2 hours {approximately 1.5 hours for project; 30 minutes for cake and presents}
Price: Starting at $12 per painter. $25 non-refundable deposit due upon reservation, final count and remainder due 2 days before party. {More people can come, I just need to know how many paint projects you will need.}
The Works: Let {studio} staff do the work - printable invite, cupcake, juice box, plate, napkin, and utensils for $5 per person. Just pick a color!
{Corporate Event}
Break out of those cubicles and enjoy a corporate event that's unique, creative, and (eek) FUN! You and your colleagues will follow along on your own projects as our instructor guides you through the step-by-step process. You can choose any project from our selection or we can design a special project for your team. And, you will bring your completed projects home with you.
Just so we are clear...you do not need to be an artist. All supplies and materials are included. Just bring the treats and drinks (or better yet get it catered in and hire a bartender) and we will do the rest!
Our {studio} can hold up to 32 artist, if you have more than 32, we can come to YOU with all of the supplies and instruction needed to make your event a success.
